What is

Missing Middle Housing?

Missing middle housing refers to the demographic whose income is too high to qualify for any housing subsidies, but too low to afford market rate housing. This group often includes teachers, nurses, first responders, service workers and young professionals who are essential to the community but struggle to find stable, affordable, and quality housing options. We're dedicated to developing affordable and attainable housing units for residents with incomes between 60-120% of the area median income through our streamlined, cost-effective methods that don't rely on traditional bond financing or tax credits.
